Survived By: Jeff is survived by his wife Tammy Howard. Two younger sisters, Suzi DeGennaro, her husband Bob DeGennaro and Melissa Broussard, her husband Ra Broussard and her son Chance Dalton. His younger brother David Howard, his wife Kerri Howard and their sons Jacob and Jeremy Howard.
